A few thoughts.
When I am not designing, my hobby and passion is photography as it means I am out in the fresh air, enjoying the countryside and getting good excercise. It also means that when looking for photo opportunities I am also truly ‘looking’ at my surroundings and it is amazing what you see and what you might otherwise have missed.
Below are just a few thoughts and observations.
In the Right Place at the Right Time
Whether you are out with your camera, have that chance conversation with someone where you pick up the next great design project, or it is just that spur of the moment drink with good friends, it all comes down to one thing, you have to be in the right place at the right time.
Patience paid off in the end... even if it was a 30 year wait!
On this particular morning there was the most amazing cloud inversion I had ever seen. It looked like an ethereal sea and the higher ground looked like small islands floating on it.
Up Close and Personal
Back in September I allowed myself a bit of an extravagance and bought the Sony FE 90mm f2.8 Macro G OSS Lens. It was a little on the expensive side and so not something that I would do too often but, like they say, you get what you pay for.
